Dogs in Hot Cars

Leave your pet at home when the weather is hot. 

If your dog is overheated:

  * Move to a cooler place 

* Offer cool (not cold) water 

* Apply cool, damp towels to neck, arm pits and groin

* Use a fan

* and most of all, NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOG IN YOUR CAR
